Anthony (Tony) Covalli, CEO, Owner [SDV]
Tony Covalli is a leader with a profound dedication to service and excellence, forged through years of military, law enforcement, and business experience. He began his academic journey at Holyoke Community College, earning an associate degree in criminal justice, and later completed his bachelor’s degree in the same field at Westfield State College. In 2003, he joined the United States Marine Corps, where he served until 2009, including two combat deployments to Fallujah, Iraq, rising to the rank of Sergeant.
Tony’s unique blend of experiences makes him a respected leader known for his commitment to service, strategy, and excellence. Following his military service, Tony continued his commitment to public safety as a police officer from 2004 to 2011, further honing his skills in leadership and community service. His career path led him to the role of CEO, where he combines his background in logistics, discipline, and integrity to drive the company forward. Tony Covalli’s unique blend of experiences makes him a respected leader known for his commitment to service, strategy, and excellence.
Claude Humphrey, CAO
Claude brings over 12 years of experience to his role as Chief Administrative Officer, directly overseeing the structure and implementation of daily operations, staffing, and onsite setup of new contracts. He is a graduate of St. Joseph’s College and was previously the Operations Manager of another courier service.
Mark Speight, President, Partner
Mark brings 15 years of experience to Caduceus Medical Logistics where he serves as COO overseeing the financial and operational aspects of the business. Mark also leads customer solutions efforts, helping Caduceus’ clients transform their logistics nationally. Prior to joining Caduceus Medical Logistics, he was President and founding officer of another courier service for 14 years where he grew the company’s medical offerings and services to span 37 states. Mark has a degree in Biochemistry and a background in research. Mark loves different cultures and currently speaks 4 languages.
Wipada “Aom” Arunsri Speight, CFO
As CFO, Aom is responsible for Caduceus’ financial and administrative teams. A Planning Engineer by trade, she brings a deep understanding of logistics to the administrative and financial oversight of the company. Before joining the Caduceus team, Aom worked for Kruger Asia Industries Corporation where she oversaw resource planning and managed the company’s master production schedule.
